The Good:
Location to all theme parks and attractions is great.
Clean amenities
Nice pool
Security
Reliable power and water.
The Not so good:
Sites are very tight with very little wiggle room.
Long term renters stack stuff on every usable inch of their lot making things even tighter
Roads in and out are tight also, not for the novice tower

Very nice campground, stayed here in a van for a few nights that bookended a trip to Disney. Sites are close together with no privacy and very little/no shade, but clean. Very close to a main boulevard, but because the grounds are surrounded by trees, it doesn’t feel that way. Lots of wildlife - deer, birds, gators. Bathrooms were pristine and felt recently renovated, also temperature controlled. One of the nicest campground bathrooms I’ve experienced. Easy drive to Disney Springs. My only complaint is their WiFi is terrible, and not free! You’d think if you’re paying extra for it, it would be better. Still, I would stay again, but I wouldn’t pay for WiFi.

Nice park, sites decent size.
Bath house best kept I’ve seen!!!!
Nice pools, lots of onsite activities.
$25 for pump out. So we moved up to a full hook up.
Very close to Magic Kingdom entrance.
Would stay. Again when in area.

Pool is very nice. We spent A LOT of time at the pool. The bath house near our site is very nice and looks brand new. Good location for visiting the theme parks.

Nice resort for the price. We wanted something cheap in the Disney area. We paid $36 for a value site that was grass, 30 amp, and water but no sewer. Dump station available. More expensive sites had cement pad. Laundry was clean and had nice washers that took cc. Had nice pool, minigolf, and shuffle board.

New to rv'ing and just concluding a 6 mo Winter stay here!
Having looked at others in the area, I'd say this is probably the nicest off of 192 east of I-4 ( and we checked quite a few here in Kissimmee). Only 4 miles from Disney with easy access to the same. I discovered it as an afterthought because, not realizing, the rates I had previously found referred to their cottages at $1700mo. The Rv sites are lower rates but only reasonable, in my opinion, with a multi month stay, although I used a full hookup and they do have cheaper partials. It's located next to Kissimmee Olde Town, a local tourist spot with weekend car shows and amusement rides.
They changed ownership while here from Sun to Encore.
Nice park 'though with full amenities and managed activities .
I found them a bit scattered brained at retrieving forwarded mail, although they are always cheerful.
I would've given them 5 stars except the office seems very confused (perhaps due to the ownership change) and the water service was out 3 times in 6 mos for better part of the day. The plumbing here is apparently a problem.
In conclusion, having started my stay in the area at Disney Ft Wilderness, the area "gold standard", I would say it's a pleasant, more affordable, alternative for longer stays.

It's all about location. For $80 night the facilities didn't match price. Parking was tight. Had to get out and ask two people to move their vehicle to leave. Roads are very tight.
