Convenient location and tight but decent level sites. Some of the permanent site RVs are very run-down and sketchy looking but our two nights were quiet and uninterrupted. The showers, however, were a disaster. Each of the men’s showers had one metal shelf that was bent so that nothing could sit on it and no other hooks or other conveniences. The floors were so dirty that I felt the need to scrape some of the unknown debris into the drain with my foot before actually getting in and the flow rate was very low. My wife reported similar conditions in the women’s showers. Would not come back here If visiting JAX.

Echoing the other reviews and without repeating, the spots are pretty narrow and the spots are right across from a busy highway. There’s parking for extra vehicles nearby. Surprisingly, we couldn’t hear the road noise too much. The park is in a commercial stretch of Phillips Hwy but there’s local amenities right around the corner. Not bad for a couple nights if you need to visit friends or the city but not much there except your concrete pad.

this park is about half permanent mobile homes in the back. They are sort of shabby. The rest of the park is fine, and well kept up. Many of the other sites are for trades people and long-term residents. We were in a site near the road for transients. Our site was small, a concrete pad and small area of grass with a picnic table. It was neat and well kept. The office staff were very helpful. It is on a main road, and there is some traffic noise, as well as some noise from the airport. There is a laundry, which looked fine, although we do not use it. The bathrooms were a bit dinghy, so we did not use them either. Overall the park was clean and felt safe and we would stay there again.we stayed for just two nights.

This is one of the nicer city RV parks we have stayed at. If you are looking for a vacation resort this is not it. But it has decent facilities - well-maintained laundry, old but clean bathrooms, decent club room, very attentive staff, quiet atmosphere. It also feels very safe and secure - no small feat in a city rv park. Price is also very reasonable. It caters more to full- timers and tradespeople than to vacationers, both of which describes us, so we are quite happy here.
