Pros - small RV park with large, clean paved sites. Loved our spot in the back close to the bay. Location is ideal. Use of resort across the street is very nice along w close walking proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Cons - if your site is close to the road you will hear loud road noise night and day. The RV park doesn’t have a gate or fence for safety, so people can freely drive and walk in off the busy highway. Stayed in 2 sites: 24 - not so good, but site 13 was very nice. Very Expensive but mostly worth it. Will stay again in the back end of the park.

Stayed at this park for 11 days in March. Very nice and clean. Sites are very well-maintained with vegetation in between each side so it doesn’t make you feel like you’re on top of each other. Hotel across the highway from the park is included in the price and is very nice if you wanna have a drink or sit at the beach. They also have several swimming pools and a bar on the beach. Convenient walk over the highway makes it safe to get over to the hotel and the beach. Would recommend this to anyone. A bit pricey but well worth the money for all the extra amenities that you get.

Delightful surprise. We chose this park on our way home to Colorado because of all the positive reviews. Spots are appealing and clean, staff very friendly and nice views of the bay and a short walk to the white sugar sand beach. We enjoyed our stay and extended it a couple of days. Several restaurants in walking distance too. Note: Traffic on the road can be heavy during peak season starting March so be prepared for stop and slow going.

Currently sitting at the pool on our last day wishing we could stay another week. Love love love this resort, all the amenities, and the entire area. Very clean, manicured, family-atmosphere, closely located to everything you could want. Quiet hours observed by all! Prettiest private beach I have ever seen and I have been all over Florida. Will book next year before we leave!

Very clean, paved spots and driveways with very pretty landscaping. Access to 2 additional pools across 4-lane Hwy 98, a super busy thoroughfare. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Next door to the west there’s an arcade with rides, pizza and yogurt. A mile to the west there’s a publix grocery. Next door on the east side is another restaurant and a rental for pontoons, jet skis, paddle boards, etc. This RV resort includes full access to The Island Resort across the road, so beach access, more restaurants and shopping. There is a walkway over Hwy 98 about a block to the east of the RV Resort. Overall, a very nice spot right on the beautiful, quiet bayside. Resort is located 7 miles west of Destin.

Very nice park, we stayed Memorial Day 2018. Super clean, new park, very well maintained. We will return if we are in the area again. Staff was nice.

Beautiful brand new park. Lots of paving brick streets. Nice pool right on the intercostal water.
