Typical Encore location - Small sites are very close - some RV’s have slides nearly touching each other - place worked out fine for our rig 26 ft but larger rigs may have issues. Many seasonal users that are very settled in - kind of campy. Bath house is OK - a little run down. The best asset is the location - close to everything.

This is an Encore park. A lot of park models. Very small cris-cross sites. At many sites the sewer connection is far at one end and depending on your direction that may be the front or back of your unit. Laundry room had a large number of machines. Day room and small gym by the fairly small heated pool. What this place has going for it is location. Grocery store and restaurants within a few blocks. All the stores you would want a short drive away. Beaches a short drive away. Felt secure. Had a small guard house that was not being used when I was there in shoulder season. The winter monthly prices are fairly high compared to less centrally-located options in South Florida.

Main office needs to get rid of the old Grandma Walton at front desk. Rude and buts in on her co workers that are trying to help customers.Arrived 6 maths after hurricane Irma and it was still needing repairs, etc. The clubhouse was dirty and laundry rooms were shabby. Would never go there again....bathrooms were so-so. Prices were high and paying your own electric stunk. it’s seniors only, however there was a family with small children camping kitty corner from us for 4 days.

Sites are very tight with parking where you are face to face with your neighbor. Less than two feet between your slide out and the one next to you. Flooded streets and sites when it rains. Poor maintenance with multiple cable boxes laying on the ground and electrical hookups leaning over because of the narrow streets and passages. You are better off looking elsewhere IMHO. Very pricey also but that is all over this area especially this time of year but it would be nice if Encore would put the high prices back into the facility instead of in there pocket.

Would be great if sites were big enough
