My rating is zero. Do not go here! Some nice people, but it only takes a few bada people to ruin it. 1st: pool filthy, 2nd: while at pool, people smoking dope, swearing, obscene gestures, excessive drinking all while little children around. 3rd: theft of three electric bikes that we know of. People believe the theft is an inside job with employees the cause of theft. 4th: cost for stay is not regulated, one month $1200, 3 days $300??? 5th: while shopping in the area, ex-marine was buying his 5th knife for self defense. Please remove this place from Allstays site.

Stayed here 2 nights on our way to the keys. Was a little worried at first due to reading prior reviews. It is true that campground is very crowded and so we disconnected our tow vehicle before proceeding to our site. We have a 30 ft MH. We arrived after hours and were escorted to our site by security. Take note: if you plan to arrive after hours you have to pay in cash! Fortunately we had already paid. The park was quiet. There are many permanent residents here, so it is true you hear activity in the morning as they leave for work. The only encounters I had with staff was on the phone and they were professional. Did not use pool, laundry or showers so cannot comment about them. Park is in good location if you want to go to Everglades or Upper Keys. Close to grocery stores if you want to stock up before heading down to keys. It is not luxury in the park but I had no concerns about our safety as others have said.

Terrible. Find somewhere else to go. Campground is very tight. Onsite management is terrible, rude and they don’t care. No one ever monitors activities within the gate. Restroom facilities should be condemned, watched cleaning staff one day, just took a garden hose to clean toilets and showers. Witnessed homeless people using facilities each day, no security, no locks on facilities. Lots of workers in campground, speed through internal roads. Loud. Surrounding are very sketchy. We went for a bike ride one day and a local told us to go back. We stood out to get targeted. Couldn’t wait to leave.

This park is really difficult to describe. Other reviews are accurate in that there’s road construction and spots are tight. Could use some major updating. Several full timers. The pool was nice. tiki bar was fun (Terry, bartender, is a hoot. She is not to be missed). We watched Super Bowl and folks brought finger foods and a good time was had by all. They have a rec center. Yes could be updated, but they have bingo, pot lucks, a rather large “library “ of books to exchange. And we met some really nice folks. It’s difficult to explain the appeal, but we will stay there again

First, the street in front of the park is under construction. Apparently it has been for awhile. If you try to make a right turn into the park beware! Several people have damaged their vehicles trying to make the turn because the curb drops off into a ditch due to the construction. It is best to pass the park and try to turn around somewhere and return so that you can turn left into the driveway. The construction in the area is not the fault of the park, of course, but it is just part of the problem. It is extremely difficult to get into and out of the park in either direction even in a car much less an RV. It is just as difficult to navigate through the park. Sites are grass and very close together. Mostly occupied by what seem to be long term residents. Very junky in some parts with living room furniture and appliances outside. Our slide was just a few feet from our neighbor’s slide. The sites are so close together that the sewage hookups are located beside the picnic tables. We were on our way to the Keys and this seemed like a good stop over place. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.

Sites arel evel and there is some shade but most people here (in early June) feel like long term stays,so it feels more, like a trailer park than RV park. Quiet at night and away from busy road.

NOT big coach friendly. For $50 bucks a day you would expect nicer digs.

Spaces are close together and the park was very full because of all the snowbirds. The streets were very narrow and lined with vehicles making it somewhat difficult to get in and out of the spots, especially if you have a bigger rig (ours is 35').
Near a major highway so there is lots of road noise.
WiFi was decent.
Location is good if you need a place to stop on the way to the Keys or visiting the National Parks.
