Nicely maintained large mixed/RV resort with 6 different neighborhoods. Each has separate rules about type of RV/manufactured allowed, pets, etc. Each has separate clubhouse and pool and amenitites, with one large clubhouse and pool/tiki bar/snack bar for entire complex. Filled with snowbirds, so if you're looking for a summer rental, great opportunities. Friendly people, many different neighborhoods to suit many different desires. We are in Regal Pointe, only Class A RVs, with port homes, casitas and manufactured homes.

Sites are tight to back onto,as its becoming a mobile home park very quickly..The Regal Pointe section
Also,people that are all ready there were saying that ahain the Regal Pointe campground has a RAT Infestation Problem ..not sure of the other campgrounds there..are 5 or 6....mixed use..B

Very nice place other than the sites themselves being a odd slop that makes it hard to level. Mostly a nice and friendly place.
