This park is mostly residents and seasonals, many are old trailers, dirty and unkempt. The 20 sites for transients are very tight with awnings almost touching the slide out in front of you with the hook ups on your site. Website pics are very deceiving. We would not have stayed had we not been given a larger site. Standard rules apparently don't apply to residents. Unleashed dogs running around and waste not picked up. Speed limit not obeyed.The sugarcane burning with smoke and ash was annoying. The park was maintained very well and the wifi was great. There is nothing to do in the area, no shopping except for walmart, typical fast food places. We do not recommend and we will never be back.
