Excellent stopover. Level-ish sites with reliable power, strong water pressure and no septic connections. Cleanest bathhouse I鈥檝e ever seen. Great walking trails; alligators are present so stay alert. The 鈥淯gly Mug鈥 coffee house downtown is excellent but closes early. The 鈥淛in-Jin鈥 Chinese restaurant is superb.

Pleasant campground with shaded sites. Not all sites are level but they are doable. Quiet, peaceful, not crowded together. $25 includes water and electric. Convenient dump site at exit. A few short hiking trails to the water fall and small lake. Very nice! Pet friendly. No problem with bugs at the campsite but we did find a couple ticks while hiking.

The park is beautiful with many of the amenities and very good repair. We were here during a festival, rock the Falls, and it was a very family oriented festival. We loved it!! It芒鈧劉s in early April each year. One disappointment, as with most of the Florida state parks we have stayed at (over 20), cigarette butts are an issue. I don芒鈧劉t care if you smoke, even though it芒鈧劉s not permitted in Florida state parks, I芒鈧劉m not a narc, but throwing cigarette butts on the ground or in the campfire ring is a strict no no. Please stop doing it. I have addressed this with the Florida Department of environmental protection who governs the parks and I haven芒鈧劉t seen any change. Who wants to cook their marshmallows over a campfire that has cigarette butts in it, for example cooking your roasted marshmallows by cigarette butt fuel. TOXIC!! I have been quiet for three years but no longer. Stop ruining our parks and pick up your cigarette butts and dispose of them properly!!

We booked this knowing there was only water and electric, no big deal, expected as a State Park! It芒鈧劉s small and super convenient from the highway! Great place to walk with a dog and they are allowed on the waterfall trail. Only negative was we were in Site 3, awesome paved site, but it芒鈧劉s literally right across from the dump station, not a huge issue because it芒鈧劉s January and chilly, but summer could be a problem, still giving 5 stars though! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great hidden gem. It is a small campground with hiking trails and a waterfall! Bathrooms are sparkly clean! Dog friendly with lots of nice areas to walk the dogs. There a few spots up front 1, 2, and 3 have sewer drips. Close to I 10 which is convenient. Walmart and Tractir Supply are just 1.5 miles away. Fire rings and picnic tables are provided at each site. We will be back!

Small campground with high level facilities. Easy access from interstate, yet quiet and peaceful. Nice trail walk to the 芒鈧渨aterfall芒鈧劉. Would be four stars with sewer connections. Providing water without sewer is a significant deficiency.

We stayed here with our two small girls in an RV and loved it. The playground near our site was an added bonus and there were kids playing laser tag amongst the trees in the large central grassy area once it was dark, so fun. It was all very peaceful and quiet. The bathrooms were super convenient to all sites and were very clean. The walk to the waterfall was lovely and we had a refreshing swim in the lake. It was a perfect temperature. We had a fire going in our fire ring for marshmallows at night. Staff were friendly and check in and hook up were easy and hassle free. Dump station was up and running so no dramas there.

Recovery from Hurricane Michael improved some trails. Cleanup mostly done. Park staff friendly, helpful, when a late arrival started a fire, staff came right away to explain the fire ban. Since I10 is close by, many folks use as a night stop over. Falls were dry when we were there, due to flash drought.

I gave it 3 stars for RV hookup no sewer only dump station so after a few days you need to dump. Camping very good, Bath house clean and friendly staff. It appears several sites are full time here. The trail from camp ground to falls is very rough. They are making improvements to the park and hopefully they will fix that soon. Small state Park well kept. I had no issues streaming TV on ATT nighthawk

Nice little park, quiet and friendly staff. Only stayed 1 night in April 2019. No parking pads and the site we had wasn芒鈧劉t even close to be level. 4芒鈧 of boards under the shells still couldn芒鈧劉t get the trailer level. We even tried moving the trailer within the site but that didn芒鈧劉t help. The waterfall and sinkhole was really neat and a nice little walk. Easy access from I10.
