True gem! Close to I 10, but far enough for no noise. The NICEST people I have met so far going across the south. We had toad trouble, which required us to extend our stay, and these nice ladies made it a breeze. Campground is nicely wooded, would have had a campfire and enjoyed the evenings except for my inability to deal with the humidity! The pool was very clean and just the right temp. Store with everything you might have forgotten or need. Would definitely recommend.

What a great place! All pull-through sites and pretty level. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and we even came in during the lunch break. The other campers/neighbors were great as well. I LOVED the dog park and wish all campgrounds would make the fenced in dog area big enough for all size dogs not just the little ones or no park at all. we will definitely stop here again if ever in the area again.

This park is overrated. Site are small, lots of permanent residents, office is not staffed, and the list goes on and on. Assigned a site and it was occupied.

The good: wooded and shady, small cozy feel, all pull throughs, decent price ($40) The not so good: very tight to drive in here because of the trees, there is not a single restaurant or store within 12/15 miles, also we called ahead to check on a spot and were told to just go to the cabin for late check in but when we did the man there yelled at us and said they were closed and they don’t have late check in. We explained to him the situation and he relented but he was obviously not happy. (Even though there was a motorhome right behind us that had been told the same info. He was equally abrupt and cold to both of us so I’m not taking it personal.) All in all this place is fine...the pool looks clean, they have tent sites and fire pits....we are just passing through so can’t say anything about any other amenities. But pack some bug spray, the skeeters out here will drag you off! Haha!

Great location right off I -10. Very quiet with lots of nice trees. Friendly check in experience. Definitely would return. Pool looked nice but we did not swim. Playground for kids too.

Great park. Lots of trees. Really nice staff. When I called to make reservations I'd asked if our site was one with a grill. It wasn't, but they went and got one! Really clean bathrooms and a pool. Just passing through or we'd have stayed longer.

Stayed overnight in a 40' MH with tow. Pull thru, did not have to unhook. Nice clean place with lots of trees. Gravel sites level with reasonable spacing. Close to I-10 and easy to get in and out. Utilities are placed convenient to each site. Would stay here again.

Stayed for two nights. $36 per night with GS disc. Nice park with lots of shade. Very nice office, shower, bathroom complex, swimming pool. A couple miles off the interstate but no noise. Looked like an older KOA Park that has been renovated. All pull thrus, convenient in and out. Good water pressure. Helpful hosts. Only con was no shopping or restaurants close. We would stay there again!
