This is quite a nice park however…the lots have all been sold to private owners who are in the process of setting up an association. At this time, the lots are large with nobody behind you and all the grass is dead because nobody is here to maintain anything. There isn’t even an office or anyone to call except for the individual lot owner. Wi fi is useless, cable has been cancelled by provider. The park is nice but very quiet and feels remote. Your on your own here! There are 2 pools but nobody around. Skimmers working but pools aren’t heated. Most campers are here for the fishing out in the flats. If you want quiet and solitude, this is the spot.

One star because you can’t drive in and get a site. Lots are privately owned but some rent out but no sign explaining and no office. Luckily there was an owner who gave us the scoop!

We decided to give Sunset Isle a try, two years ago we stayed just down the road. This is a very nice park and well laid out. Extremely ease to get into and out of. The clubhouse was very nice. The only negative I would have is the no see ?ums were out in force, not the CG's fault. Their WIFI was adequate. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again. We stayed here in a fifth wheel in late March.

Don't take PAAM anymore but did give a 10% discount. Very friendly hosts and nice sites. On a small island and no "seeums" bite, especially in evening! Would stay again

Good size sites. Good location for town.
