Very nice RV Park. Staff was friendly and helpful, grounds and restrooms were clean and one of the best beaches we've ever seen right across the street. Dolphin are a regular site during a morning beach walk. Fantastic oysters in Apalachicola, great local shops in Carrabelle with super nice people. Well behaved dogs are welcome on Carrabelle beach. We thought the park rates were a little high but this is the nicest rv Park in the area. We plan to visit here again!

Really rude over the phone. I called to ask about availability over a month in advance. I explained that the time frame I selected on the website showed as unavailable but because my dates are very flexible I thought she might be able to find a block of dates that would work. She refused to help me unless I gave her specific arrival and departure dates. She lectured me, did not listen to me, showed no interest in actually helping me and seemed unable to understand the concept of flexible dates.

This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, clean. Beautiful landscaping! Not touristy. Across street from gorgeous beach. Great staff. Very relaxing.

Nice little layover RV park while your traveling between destinations. The location is good for easy off/easy on access to the highway. The park was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The concrete sites are far from level and when they designed the park, they maximized the amount of RVs they could hold, leaving small individual sites.
The beach is right across the highway so access to it was very easy.
Overall it is a good park, however, they have some neighbors to their west that have a large pack of dogs that bark constantly. If I was in the area again I would stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights here, very well kept up resort. It's a little "tight" getting into some of the sites but difinately doable. Beautiful beach across the street. We would stay here again.
We stayed here in a fifth wheel.

Stayed here for one night in a pull-through space. Overall, a very nice campground. Space was paved and relatively level with a picnic table. The campground is very clean. One huge plus, it's right across the street from the beach. Would recommend..they offer 10% discount for Good Sam...paid $42.13 for one night in November 2015.

Great location near bay. My main issues are: 1. Short non level pull throughs, 2. no ADA restroom stall, 3. Snotty female office attendents. But,all in all, cleaner & newer than Ho Hum just down the road. We would stay here again.

What a nice park. Very well organized. Right on the beach. Map not quite accurate. Continue west from carrabelle.
