The park is nice as others have said. We didn’t use any of the amenities however the park still managed a number of functions even with the virus constraints. The owners take great interest in keeping their guests happy. I guess my one complaint would be lawn care in that the clippings are left on the ground to mulch but all they do is dry up and get tracked everywhere! Since that’s my only complaint it gets five stars.

Mostly seasonal, lots of activities, park models for sale, good walking trails around the property, swim pool, community room, cleanest fitness center. Sites close together, grassy, no privacy, no shade, no table. One way streets, narrow roads. Clean laundry with many machines. Exercise groups, table games, quite the busy place for snow birds. Once a week, produce and food truck come for the afternoon.

Stayed here October 2017 thru April 2018 and back again Oct 2018. Met so many nice people and have live long friends. Owners very nice and always here. The train is loud but it only takes a couple nights to get used to it after that no problem. Nice clean facilities hope to be coming here for years.

Beautiful resort. Lots of activities, very clean and well organized. Large sites with very good water pressure and good steady power supply. Stayed for a month of Feb.'18. Yes, you hear trains but you get used to them. Looking forward to returning .

Trains all the time. Wifi did not work as much as it and we tried.
