Spending the winter months here for the first time. This is a great RV Park for a winter stay. Even the "standard" sites, which are reasonably priced on a per month basis, are plenty large with 20 ft. x 40 ft. concrete pads and surrounding grass area. Staff and other guests are super friendly. Lots of activities, you will never get bored here. Reasonably close to biking and hiking trails as well as to a couple of Gulf beaches. Keep in mind that this is a 55+ Park. While it does not prohibit families, it caters to us retired folks. Will be returning!

We have stayed at Belle Parc 3 times in the last 10 years. We had a great experience in 2009. It was a "campground". We were back in 2016 for our 2nd stay. At this time their expansion project was beginning. When we decided to go back to the area in 2019, it was the only place we contacted. They contacted us twice on check-in day to make sure we would be there before dark because the gates were closing at 4:30 and they wouldn't park us after dark. We were given a number to call upon arrival for an escort to our site. It was not the site number we expected. The next day we had a knock on the door because we were "not in the system". I had been to the office, signed all the documents and received copies of documents. After we were "found" it was determined that they moved us to a different site from the one we booked and could not or would not give us an explanation as to why. We received a call that we hadn't registered our extra people or notified them we had dogs. Therefore we owed them money. We signed the pet policy indicating pets at the time of check-in and we were not informed of the extra cost at the time we made our reservation months ago or we would have paid it at the time we made the reservation as we had to pay in full at that time. We were made to feel like we snuck through the gates and planted ourselves on one of their sites. We have camped for a number of years at various campgrounds in numerous states and have never been treated like they were looking for any reason to make us leave. We were not their choice campers as we were there for a week and had our grown son and daughter-in-law with us. We will not be back and we definitely will not recommend it to anyone we know.

We like to find a place close to home for a place to stop at either before or after a trip away so we are able to open up the slides and stock cupboards clean things up and be close to house in case we forgot something important. We have tried several in area but this one is the best by far . Kind of on pricey side but it does offer a lot amenities and is kept spotless. We enjoyed our week here before putting RV in storage waiting for our next trip out. Which may be awhile since we live in Florida and most parks will be full with snow birds making it difficult to find a park for miles But if your looking for a 55 and up park that offers amenities and is clean with nice concrete sites this is definitely it. Sure they have rules but that is how they keep the place nice. We will definitely return !!

Our first endeavor camping through the winter months down South. Belle Parc has been the best e perience on our trip. The staff and other campers have been very nice and friendly. The park has been under construction but is nearing completion. We are so happy with our experience we hope to come back four months next year. All the sites have cement slabs with enough room for my 5th wheel as well the big rigs. Nearby bike trails and park sponsored events has made this a great experience.

Major discrepancy between their website description and my actual experience with their office staff. Website claims "family friendly." When I called about availability I was told several sites were open but since I had kids he refused us. He said all the occupants were 65+ and did not want kids around. "Grandkids were ok but even them for short periods only." Also, any rigs older than 10 yrs have to be approved. He didn't like the sound of my painted Argosy model Airstream, so there's another strike against me. If you want an exclusionary environment this is for you. If you want a quiet, friendly, family park with great grounds and staff go to Camper's Holiday instead. They were awesome.
