We did not enjoy our 3 nights here, garbage overflowing out of dumpsters, laundry was filthy and only 1 out of 4 washers worked. I wasn’t brave enough to even try the toilet/showers. Lots of permanent or semi permanent guests. Dog fight at our neighbors. Hot tub was cold and covered with floating leaves. Our neighbors proudly displayed a sign on their patio area : HOME Where the HO and ME get together. Really!

Water is dirty looks like ice tea roads are horrible big holes staff needs all new jobs not very happy the owner Tom is a dirt bag he beats his wife cops were call on him and escorted him off the property cops there all the time shooting at the bar a little later a stabbing WiFi sucks and the smell of cow shit all the time from near by dairy farmers don’t stay here Thank you

In a motorcoach, didn't check out bathrooms. Spring is a joke, river is dirty and smelly. Didn't have any problems with noise but where far from bar. Pool and spa were nice but full of leaves, fountains in the pool didn't work well. Grounds were well maintained. No one overly friendly nor unfriendly.

dirt roads, rotted out picnic tables bands play until 2 am. cattle feed lot nearby terrible smell. employees rude - take a pass on this one.

i used to play in a band here in the lounge years ago. Now that I have an RV I decided to make a stop here enroute to Pinellas Park. The park has a new owner. His family is very warm, helpful and accomodating. This is paradise!. Great fishing right off the dock, live music..clear spring water.. But most of all, peace and quiet!
I can't say enough good things about Elly's. This is a MUST for central Florida!
