Sites are fairly level. Quiet older campground. Did not use the facilities. Good for a safe, one night stay for us. Came in after 5 and our site details were taped to the door so no interaction with staff. Seems to be mostly seasonal campers.

Staff excellent. Waited for us to arrive at 8:30 PM. Lots of trees nice sites.

Friendly office staff; older campground, very laid back environment; wooded, sandy campsites are mostly level and adequately sized for our 17’ trailer. We had full hook-ups so we did not utilize bathhouse. We camped here three nights while visiting relatives nearby. We would stay here again for this purpose because nearby Maryland state parks do not have water hook-ups.

This is a decent overnight spot. Not too far off the highway. Nestled in the trees. Quiet, with mostly adults who seem to be regulars. Staff is friendly. You have to call to make a reservation, no on line booking.
