Booked out our weekend 3 weeks before our weekend. There were no electrical available so I brought my generator. Generator had to be shut down by 10, it was ok because it was cool enough. I guess the worst part was the line I had to wait in to get my pass. It went fast so it was ok. They have an amphitheater which is great for the kids. Beach is right there within walking distance. Lots of little roads for the kids to ride their bikes on and it’s safe. We are staying there next year at the same time.

Best beach park we've been to in CT! Large sites and clean facilities. You must bring your own firepit which is no big deal but can rent at the camp store. We love to bike this huge campground and enjoy the beach. Beach road offers water and electricity but most of campground has no hookups. We highly recommend!
