A badly rotted tree fell as nd almost killed my wife and 3 year old, the owner said it was an act of God. Pure negligence. Our trailer was totaled, my rv guy picked up my trailer, and he saw a birch tree rotted and fell on someone's truck. The owner wouldnt even refund our 4 day there. If you value your family and your rig dont stay there. ... I will gladly show anyone pictures.

As newbies we were unaware that we needed our own cable to use tv. Did not find that information on the website so our grands went without. That being said, the campground is very nice, clean and quiet. It has a number of seasonal campsites and everyone is friendly. There are several river/pond sites for transients and we very much enjoyed our location on river. Were able to sit at table and watch grands play in river (88deg). They loved it and were entertained for hours. You can also tube down river and fly fish. No inground pool but we liked that. All staff were friendly and helpful and workampers were great, coming back a couple of times to be sure we had what we needed. We will be back!
