I love this park as it feels like you're far away from the city but in reality you are in within city limits. You are in walking distance from grocery stores, bank, some restaurants and Walgreens. Very friendly residents and management is amazing. Great view of Pikes Peak. No wifi which is fine as I have my own. Just a small RV Park. Will keep coming back.

Very friendly staff. Went out of their way to make sure I got in my spot. From there, pretty disappointed, 20 lbs water pressure, no WiFi, no cable, fairly steep slope. It appeared to be mostly full timers. I’m not sure what it takes to get a 4 star rating, but I would not say this is just under the best I’ve ever stayed at.
