$45/night plus $6 tax for full hookups over Thanksgiving weekend which was acceptable. All other campgrounds were closed and there was snow on the ground. We have a 16’ travel trailer and were shoeboxed in to the smallest space in the campground. It was a backin and we arrived after dark, so negotiated between trees and other rigs to get settled. In the morning, we found out there was a pull-through nearby and a nice wide spot just two spaces away that were available. I was disappointed in our spot, but the campground was quiet, and the road noise nearby was not bad. The WiFi worked ok for us.

Paid $12 for dump station. Drove through the campground to get to the dump station and it looked like mostly long term folks there. I personally would not stay here for a visit to the area.

in one word...TIGHT....it is a nice enough campground but the spacing is very very tight. We have a 28' TT. It is not dog friendly as there is no green space to walk the dog. The only dog walk area is about three feet of grass along a fence. There is a dog park that is open 24/7 just a couple of minutes down the road. CG is situated right next to the road and while there is some noise it did no keep us up. The park is quiet with many long term residents but no "sketchy" feel to it. There is deer aplenty...we saw them every day when we walked the dog through the neighborhood that the CG backs up to. Convenient to shopping and Garden of the Gods. Good Verizon cell service but iffy 4G and due to trees we could not use our Dish satellite.
