Nice, older park. Facilities show their age, but they鈥檙e clean and the laundry room was nice. Stayed here for several nights visiting relatives, no activities going on, but saw several people in the pool until it closed around 8:00. Mostly friendly staff, especially Robert. Very good pizza from the young lady in the store and decent ice cream portions. Highway noise and the occasional train, but what can you expect, close to the interstate.

The people that work here were very nice but the park is run down and NOT up to KOA standards. We stay at a lot of KOA鈥檚 and this may be one of the most run down. Many permanent residents, not mowed around hte trailers and satellite dishes. Wifi was very weak. We did have a pizza that was very good, hot and freshly made, and saw activities for the kids.

The showers were clean and the water was hot. The dog park had a couple of fun things for the pups. Everything shit down at 6:00 pm. The pool closed, the office closed, the store closed, no activities. This is a 芒鈧搆oa holiday芒鈧 place, it is July, (the height of tourist season) and there is nothing happening here. The employee we met was nice. $75 for two people. We expected the pool to be open and maybe an ice cream social, or game time or something more than a parking space and a shower. The sign says they serve pancakes on Saturday and Sunday mornings for two hours芒鈧$7.50. With nothing more to offer campers, that should be every day and free.
Nothing fancy here during our visit. Grossly over priced!

Super friendly staff, but park is pretty rundown and grossly overpriced at $72 for one night. I芒鈧劉ve stayed at really nice RV resorts that cost less. I guess when you芒鈧劉re the only RV park for 50 miles, you can charge whatever you want.

We stayed here September 24, 2021. Yes, it the traffic noise is loud. But we managed with ear plugs and keeping the RV fan on. After dealing with Denver rush hour traffic, this place looked great. We especially annoyed the fresh-baked pizza, which they would deliver to your site if you requested.

Anything south of the office and you might as well be sleeping on the freeway, it芒鈧劉s incredibly loud. There is some kind of bridge/seam in the freeway pavement right at the park that every car or truck or semi going over it at freeway speeds makes a ton of racket. North of the office and it芒鈧劉s bearable - but then you芒鈧劉re close to the train tracks. The dog park was decent. The park was kitschy and quirky, but also pretty beat up and in need of repair. The showers and bathrooms are in the same place which is kinda annoying as you shower inches from people pooping - I would prefer some separation for the two. They were functional and mostly clean. They do have propane. I didn芒鈧劉t interact with any staff so can芒鈧劉t speak to their friendliness but that seems to be a common theme in other reviews. The spots are very very close together. Utilities worked. Site was mostly level (shouldn芒鈧劉t be hard in this part of the country). For the price I would have liked it to be a tad nicer.

Not a very good KOA. water didn芒鈧劉t work after I parked they told me water didn芒鈧劉t work at this site but I could tie to the neighbors. The neighbor was a permanent looking site.

Staff friendly. Had LP as advertised. Pool closed due to COVID, which was to be expected. Playground old and dumpy. The whole place is pretty rundown and sites are really close together, like 6-8芒鈧劉. We had to ask our neighbors to go inside or relocate while we hooked up because the sites are so small and close together. The interstate is VERY close. This will be fine for the night but will try to avoid in the future. It芒鈧劉s kind of a depressing, beat down place, saved by the friendliness of the staff.

Consistency as expected from a KOA Which was great. Very friendly staff and high service. Weekend pancakes! Sites very close together and landscaping was rough. Good as an interstate stopover. Like most KOAs, needs better WI-FI.

Only gets three stars because the staff there is amazing. Very nice and very helpful. Very disappointed that not every site has a firepit. The electrical and water for your spot is in the middle of rv sites grass next to you so it creates an inconvenience for your neighbor. The grass area in between site is only about 6-8芒鈧劉 so you don芒鈧劉t have much room to set much up outside your rv. It is very loud with the highway and trains nearby but that芒鈧劉s a give in knowing that by looking on a map of the place. They have an outdoor movie screen setup for when covid is over I guess. The showers and bathroom are kept up with. All in all I would not come back here unless I was passing thru. We used it as a first place to take out our new rv trailer to test it all out and make sure we were close to home if we needed stuff.
