For us it was a bit on the expensive side, But - it had great amenities: clean bath/shower area, laundry and walking distance into town. We were on the South Park side which is closest to the town. Worked out great for us. Our site (spot 13) was basic with fairly level gravel pad and a nice view of the mountains behind us.
The staff are very helpful. There is wifi only near the office which is in the main park. Great cell signal on TMobile.

Rustic and full of amenities. Stayed most of a week. Wonderful staff, helped solve a dog setting problem and very friendly. Sites include back ins and pull troughs. Reserve earlier. Booked solid during season. Cabins open year round.

We stayed in the South portion of the campground nearer downtown. The sites were graveled and grass. Not much shade but at over 9000 feet it doesn芒鈧劉t get too hot. Camp was clean and well kept. There were a number of long term campers in our area but all kept their sites clean. The setting is amazing. 2 blocks from town with Cement Creek running alongside. Workers were always polite and helpful, both on the phone when we made our reservation and when we arrived. The owner was also very helpful with loaning me a tool to straighten my motorhome stairs I had 芒鈧搈isaligned芒鈧 when I hit a rock (not in their park). We very much enjoy this place and will return!

Poorly maintained and NOT on a lake, just a puddle of stagnant water on the other side of the road. Reserved two spots for my sister and I. When we checked in, the spots we were assigned overgrown and muddy. Just gravel and weeds. Hookups were all at the head of the spot, as far away as possible from RV utilities. Neither spot was long enough for my sister's rig, which is 35' and had been declared on reservation.
