Hmmmm......

We are full timers, so have traveled to many RV parks. Not impressed with all the what seems to be made up rules. First day we were there I was followed to my spot by a worker stating I was driving too fast in the park. I never speed in a parking lots period, let alone a RV park with children and pets. That is a huge pet peeve of mine. About a week later my husband was ticketed for the same thing. A few days later....it's winter time mind you,y husband was warned about running his truck longer than 3 MINUTES. The park is decent, nothing to brag about. Estes Park is your back door, so that is nice. However, I could not recommend this park. Also, over priced, wi fi is worthless and lots of trashy trailers in the back. I can't wait to leave....hoping to get a park up the road that is about $250 less a month. This may be decent for a few nights, that's all.

Great staff and things are being updated weekly. Please understand that they are still rebuilding after the devastating flood in Sept 2013. Will be going back

Tight spaces, dusty, and too many full timers for my taste. Wi fi and phone almost non existent. Staff was friendly tho.

The location is good, and the river is a great backdrop, however it's the dirt and extreme dust that outweighs all the positives. No grass. None. This could be a great place with some sod and irrigation. We stayed for two LONG weeks and not sure the dirt will ever be gone from our camper or kids.

Great place! We got it at half price for PA members and enjoyed the location next to the river. Cable TV was questionable at best it had clear spot for our satellite. Very nice office folks. Short trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn NP. Lots of room for our 36' 5th wheel with full hookups. Nice little dog park as well.

Not "toy hauler" related entirely but since you guys travel and camp I figured I would share. I stayed in river view Rv park located just outside Loveland Colorado. The pictures on the website were very deceiving. We stayed next to full timers in the worst looking trashy trailers cooking meth, you are parked on top of each other like sardines my week there cost a ton of money. The wifi they claimed they had didn't work, the cable didn't work either. The staff was somewhat polite, but just a heads up to anyone visiting Estes park, I would stay elsewhere. On a positive note I took some pictures of the BBQ I did, haven't done any competitions yet just do it as an excuse to drink. Stay safe everyone!!!

Sadly this park is NOT a nice RV park and we were super disappointed by what we found. It is nothing like the video on their website, it is sandy, muddy, and the wifi is non existant unless you are close to office. The dog park is large but a sandy/dirty mess. It rained during our stay and our dogs were filthy.
I believe this place once was acceptable and it has 'potential' to be again but paving the lot & sites would be a VAST improvement, as well as grass instead of weeds.
The only good thing I can say is that it was close to Estes Park for us. We wont stay again.
