In every category Highlander RV Park is a perfect 5+++. Our site was wonderful with a beautiful views. There are not enough words to express the kindness and efficiency of the staff. These folks know how to run a park. Thank each one of the staff for the spotless facilities, well equipped store, clean grounds and a place to return to with great with great anticipation.

Yes we agree with all. Great owners, helpful, knowledgeable, great sites, bear came into the park a few times no damage, most of the folks have been coming here for years and years. Weekly potlucks, weekly coffee and donuts, the only thing that I'm going to complain about is the gravel has many different sizes of rock which makes it hard to walk on. Very quiet and dark great viewing the night sky. We have made reservations for our return next year.

We loved staying here. Don was very helpful everytime we called with questions before we arrived. The facilities are wonderful and clean. The surrounding mountains and area are very scenic. The pavilion provides a nice gathering place and many of the guests have been coming here for years. They sometimes do a potluck type breakfast or other meals. Laundry facilities are very nice and clean. Camp sites can be difficult to maneuver for newbies like us, but Scott is super great at helping everyone back in or park. No problems at all. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the Lake City/Creede area.

This place is great and the owners are fantastic. It is a vacation to go there.

Bathrooms were immaculate. I have never seen a bath house as clean as theirs. Staff/owners were very friendly and helpful.
