Had a great visit in La Veta and this park is a perfect location. Greg
the owner was so helpful with information and that was so helpful since we stayed a week. Heard some great music in town at the recommendation of the owner. Good spots, level and the park is well maintained. Ice cream social and movie is fun. Things in town are in walking distance. Will definitely return for another visit

Our favorite RV park! We come back every year. The location is perfect- just a few blocks walk into town. Deer amble through the neighborhood and campground in the evening. Communal firepit and stage encourages visiting with other campers. Plenty of interesting places to visit nearby. Sites are level and full hook-up. They’ve added fiber WiFi. And did I mention how friendly and helpful the owners are? We,lol be back again.

You will not be disappointed with this park and this town. The owners are friendly and inviting; a real treat to visit with and they pour their love into La Veta Pines and the community. We listened to live music at two venues in town. Movie night and ice cream social at the park. You can not beat the close proximity to Texas. It’s the quickest place to stay at 7,000+ feet with great hiking a short drive up 12. Book it!

We were looking for a site to overnight while driving through the area up to Fort Collins in late June 2021. Their online booking showed an availability so we called and confirmed. Great little small park that is professionally run. Clean, trees, gravel, and a hands-on, very helpful owner. A few blocks to the business area, but a very nice walk. La Veta is a charming little town with an artsy bent and some good restaurants. Out of the way, but it has a reputation and draws repeat visitors. I liked the RV park and the town well enough that when leaving Fort Collins a week later, I stopped back by for two more nights just to explore the area. I will absolutely stop in again when back that way.

Small park in nice small town. Sites extremely close together! Would give it 3 stars but added one for the nice helpful owner.

Very nice small park! Owner was helpful and even put us in two spots as a pull through so we did not have to unhook. Highly recommend!

Great RV park At a good price. User-friendly new owners made us feel welcome. Loses a star for marginal WiFi. Lots of trees, so satellite possible only on a couple sites...be sure to ask for one if you expect to use your dish
