Park was well maintained and welcoming. Site had nice gravel cover. Bathrooms and showers were new and pristine. Would definitely stay here again. Would give this one a 5 +++

Even though we only stayed one night we were impressed by this RV campground. The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds were clean, numerous amenities and close to town. We would definitely stay at this campground again.

Very nice and accommodating RV camping. Owner is very nice and park is clean. Great access to all the national parks in the area and the Dinosaur museum for the kids. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Would return again.

Easy check-in and the front desk staff was nice. The owner sure looked cozy sitting under that huge tree while his customers roasted in 100 degree heat with no shade. His coach is the first one on the left when you drive in. He waved and smiled at us when we drove out though so he must be a good person. Free wifi was awful but we enjoyed the 50+ cable channels. Fantastic laundry available near the office with very large dryers. $1.50 for 60 minutes of drying time is a good deal. Showers were incredibly cramped with no shelves available to store personal items. Pool is tiny and we didn't try it. Successfully received several Amazon packages during our 1 week stay. Super close to Colorado National Monument.

A basic gravel sites. The pull through sites face each other which means no privacy, but also means you aren芒鈧劉t looking at a sewer connection either. With a larger 5er you will have to maneuver your truck sideways in front of your 5er with just enough room. The Colorado National Monument just up the road which is worth seeing if in the area. There are 5 fast food restaurants very near the entrance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of full timers, but very quiet park. We just stayed one night to see the National Monument on the way to Great Basin NP. Reasonable price for what you get these days. Our options are limited with a 35芒鈧劉 5er.

Basically a gravel lot. Hookups fine. Very close to your neighbors. Table and awning right next to neighbors sewer. Very pretty landscaping around office and pool, but no grass otherwise. Tiny dog 芒鈧搑un芒鈧 which was full of dog leavings. Bright spot was state park across busy highway with lots of grass and great place for dog walking. Very hot while we were there. Not much to downtown Fruita but close to Grand Junction.

We were here 2 weeks. Would we come here again-most definitely. About 60% of the park are long term folks, but not a problem. Many amenities: clean restrooms and showers, laundry rooms, exercise room, pool, hot tub, grounds are very well kept, dog run and VERY CLEAN PARK. Fruita is 5 mins away and Grand Junction 10 mins away. The sites are all gravel and level. Some sites face one another so get to know your neighbor. Office staff is friendly and has a small stores. State park right across the street. Dairy Queen right next to park for treats! Come and stay a while, there are so many sights to see and do. Rodeo every Tues evening just up the hwy during the summer.

Two nice things about this park is that it was very clean and the lady in the office was nice. Otherwise there are people continually driving around in their golf carts monitoring your every move. We were in a tight gravel space. Your dog could walk to and from the small, gravel dog area that had a sign saying you were on camera. When I walked our dog for the last time for the evening I could see people peeking through their shades watching us. It was creepy. We left very early the next morning. I hate to give bad reviews but we have been on a 6 month journey and value the reviews we read on this site and have found some really nice places because of them.
