Sites were very tight. Parking tow vehicle separate from your site was necessary in some cases. A real pain when it rains. Very small facility for a KOA. Staff was very friendly, sometimes overly so. Sometimes too much help is worse than none. There is definitely some tension regarding overlapping responsibilities between temporary staff and permanent. Overall an ok stay but will check out other campgrounds next time.

This review is based on the site we were assigned. If I had known what it was before we got here, I would’ve booked elsewhere. You can’t tell from the online map. The other sites are fine and it’s small but very close, fun activities (on the weekends). DO NOT book sites 16 or 17. They are FHU and sideways. No room for a picnic table or any outside area. We are in between a fence and the rv park road. In fact, if we step outside, we are right in the road. I feel duped that I paid as much for this site as others did for a real site.

Super helpful owner helped us change a tire on our 25 foot Airstream. Can't say enough good things about their hospitality.

We were in a class B rv. Smallest site ever, no room for awning or chairs. $61 with discount, many where complaining about about the electric service, we personally didn't plug in. Always seemed to be a line for showers and they were filthy. We spent as much time in town as possible and basically only slept and showered there. There are so many other choices in Estes Park I can't recommend this place.

If you travel and sleep in van or minivan you will have to sleep here in tent!! And will pay around 45$ so you make sure you have tent :) clean restrooms and nice view but no shadow almost!
