I would stay in a Walmart parking lot before I would stay here again. It is a dusty, gravel parking lot. The staff are rude and as unhelpful as possible. I guess they know they get business just because they are near the park. It is very tight to back into your spot. You back to within a couple of feet of the rigs behind you. There is barely room for the table between those beside you. Really, keep driving, anything else is better.

If bringing Peak View to the park be aware of trees which need trimming.

Well kept campground. Staff was friendly. Gravel sites with few trees. Sites can be difficult to turn into if you have a long camper. Easy access off hwy. Great location near Estes Park and RMNP. Surroundings are beautiful. Much nicer than some other campgrounds In Estes Park. Due to potential bear activity outside trash, coolers prohibited but they provide a secure locker to store items. Would stay again.

Only disappointing thing was us not having more days to spend there. Not an over the top fancy campground but was still nice. The view we had from our site was beautiful. Nice pull thru site that was easy to get into. Gravel drive but a nice concrete pad to put lawn chairs on. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.

Nothing but a gravel parking lot with hookups and tables. No shade, no trees, sites very close together. Barely room for my rig and my toad. Only positive is it is away from the highway. I would definitely not stay here again.

A very nice campground and well maintained. The location is good and a nice backdrop of mountains. I surely would stay again.
