Fantastic campground. Very well kept. Large sites with good spacing and some shade. Nice bathhouse. As the name says, great views. There is a surprisingly nice one mile trail on property also. We highly recommend this campground and will stay again when back in the area.

Without a doubt, this is a 5 star camping park. We have stayed in many parks throughout the US and Canada and this ranks among the best in our experience. The owners take great pride in making sure that their guests have a totally enjoyable experience. This very clean and well managed park is located in a rural area near near a town with basic services. There are historical sites, mountain bike trails and water features nearby. We have stayed here numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay.

Very clean campground. Owners really care about appearance. Best view is site 44, two mountain ranges and a valley. Can see snow capped mountains to the North and monument valley to the South. Easy to visit 4 corners, Mesa Verde, Durango and Silverton railroad. The only negative was a rule that you can't leave your dog in your RV when gone, you leave you have to take them with you or pay for boarding.

Sunrises and sunsets that curl your toes. Sparkling clean restrooms with great showers. Friendly, helpful owners on site. Some of the best WiFi we芒鈧劉ve seen in eight years of RVing. Large spaces, especially in pull-throughs. Close enough to Dolores to pop to town for groceries (great grocery store!) and a beer at the Dolores River Brewery. Lots of unique hiking nearby (Colorado芒鈧劉s only geyser, and the ruins at Sand Canyon). Five stars!

A real surprise this is an excellent park. Second what has been said about Wendy &Matt. Personable, friendly &helpful. Very apparent they work hard to make this a nice place to stay. We come to Mesa Verde often and usually stay in MV park but the convenience and really large sites we芒鈧劉ll be back

Most of the reviews were spot on. That was the reason we elected to stay here for 11 days. Matt and Wendy (the owners) were delightful and went out of their way to help us. The park is very well spaced with lots if room between sites. We got upgraded on our arrival thanks to Matt. A very quiet park with all the Amenities you could ask for. If you are hesitant about booking here DON芒鈧劉芒鈧劉T. This place is fantastic and well worth the price. My only suggestion to Matt would be to bring in more gravel and better level some of the sites. We needed 3 blocks under the rear tires to level our SuperC rig.

A very nice RV campground with large gravel sites with either 30amp or 50amp service. I have a 35' GD fifth wheel that I installed MicroAir soft starts on the AC units so I was able to use an easy straight back in site with great views over the valley at sunset with 30amp service. You don't need much power here anyway with the cool wonderful Colo nights. It is only a few miles north of Cortez and easy drive to Mesa Verde NP as well as other NP and Durango. There are water reservoirs near by and The Views RV Park rents paddle boards if you don't have your own kayak or paddle board. Matt was very helpful. I like it when owners are operators and are there to make your stay successful and a great experience. Everything is fresh and new. A very nice campground and I would come here again when I visit friends in Cortez.

May well be the nicest best kept campground I芒鈧劉ve ever stayed at. This place is immaculate. Beautiful huge sites. The bathrooms are the nicest and cleanest I芒鈧劉ve ever seen in a campground. This place really is a gem! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is a gem! Shade, grass, immaculate bathrooms and showers, beautifully kept grounds. Quiet area on top of a ridge and very close to Delores. Owners and managers were so helpful and friendly. We can芒鈧劉t wait to come back!

The Views is one of those unforgettable RV parks that you want to return to and stay a week. It芒鈧劉s located on a panoramic bluff with incredible 芒鈧搗iews芒鈧 of Mesa Verde. The RV sights are very large and most of them have partial shade. The park is spotless and the bathrooms are individual full baths. For non RVer芒鈧劉s they have fabulous glamping tents. You can芒鈧劉t find a better place than The Views for exploring the Cortez / Delores Colorado area.
