What a pleasant surprise. The resort is very nice. Level gravel sites with concrete pads and patio furniture on it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great views and great sunsets. Will definitely stay here again if we are back to the area.

Huge shady trees. Very nice staff - one of whom pointed out our flat tire & gave us a recommendation for a tire shop. Bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL. Mountain scenery excellent. Close to Royal Gorge Train.

VERY NICE campground . Wi-fi works, immaculate grounds, concrete patios. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location when visiting the Royal Gorge area. Beautiful mountain view, for sure! Would definitely stay again. We stayed in our 40 ft motor home.

This campground is immaculate, with clean, spacious sites with amazing views. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The laundry room had cold water only. 2 washers, 3 dryers. Very helpful and friendly staff. It would be a 5, but I think it’s a little pricey.

First time here. Can’t add too much more except to verify that the staff are very nice/friendly. Stayed in both premium and a plus. With a premium you get more room and large concrete patio with bench table. With a plus gets you a table with an umbrella, and a much better view. The rest of the sites are gravel and seem normal in width.

Unexpectedly stayed here for a night. Checked in without reservation and the gentlemen at the front desk were ultra helpful and friendly. Place is a little pricey for the space we had (essentially a gravel parking spot with hookups and a picnic table. Very tight quarters) but seriously who can complain when u show up unannounced, u kinda get what u get. Truth be told there were some other very lovely spaces for very lovely prices and since we were only here for the night we opted for the lesser cost. Bathhouse was spotless and water was hot. Views around the park are amazing! Horse farm next door. Would stay again with proper planning.

Mountain View was recently purchased by a new owner. I called after hours , the new owner answer , set me up with a beautiful spot and guided me to it in the dark. Very clean , well maintained sites. Gravel sites with concrete pads for the picnic table . Wonderful views with mountains everywhere you turn .

Extremely nice campground. Super clean, nice graveled sites. Excellent staff that went out their way for us. Good views and close to Royal Gorge. We could not use bathrooms due to them being closed due to COVID. There late July 2020. Very expensive w extra fees for random stuff. Would return.

Sites are really roomy, nice table and fire pit. The staff is wonderful and really keep the place looking great. The views are really beautiful. Our only complaint was the wifi, it barely worked.

BEST RV Park ever! Everything was high class!!
