***BEWARE*** This is a high price RV Park with many hidden fees!! The website is very misleading showing a Coffee Barista Bar and Cable TV (they don鈥檛 have either). Come to find out, even the RV spots (sizes, pull-throughs)are also labeled incorrectly! When we questioned the staff about all of this, we were informed that the park had a 鈥渘ew owner鈥 as of thee weeks ago and 鈥渢hey were working on that鈥. The park was very run down鈥..weeds everywhere, water feature at the front not working, caution tape over collapsing bridge, pool filled in with sand. Along with all these poor conditions, everything was an extra 鈥渉idden鈥 charge!! We paid a 鈥渞esort fee鈥 in addition to the daily rate, dogs were $10 a day more (and all the bag holders were empty), AND the showers were coin operated)!?! On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and very responsive when asked about anything we needed. The Wifi was EXCELLENT after we got the tech genius to help us connect. We had never encountered such a process in all of our RV travels. The park was also in a good location for many day trips around the area. This park has potential but as of the time of our stay, it is no where near 鈥淩ESORT鈥 level to justify the high prices and hidden fees!!

Stayed one night in Sept 2019. Site was nice and level with a picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we come through.

We made reservations for four days and decided shortly afterwards to only stay 2. Because we made this change 13 days before our visit they charged us $10. Then we got there a bit early the day of our reservation and to check in early it芒鈧劉s a $10 fee. Then the showers are coin operated so bring quarters if you want to use their showers. This is right on Hwy 24 so expect traffic noise. This place is pricey for its location. The site was level and there was some space between sites but no trees. We wouldn芒鈧劉t stay here again.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very well kept. Nice large sites. Good internet and cable. Great location in the BV area.

Drove up and down 24 looking for a clean, spacious site with the full hookups after a long day of being outdoors. By far the best the area has to offer in my humble opinion.
