Nice place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Pizza and firewood delivery. Sites are gravel and level. Some sites have trees. We stayed three nights.

Pros - easy check in and escort to site. Long, level pull thru. Close to GSDNP entrance.
Cons - pot holes EVERYWHERE that were full of water from rains. Our site and most others were flooded when it rained- could hardly get to car. Those w pets couldn’t find anywhere to walk away from standing water. Didn’t even try to get to bathroom because area in front was flooded Must be extremely careful coming in and going out due to potholes.
Ok campground if there’s no rain. We will not return.

Nice convenient park. Very nice helpful owners. Nice flat gravel sites. Well maintained, easy in and out. Did not use the bathhouse or restrooms because I am in a class A, but they looked nice. I would stay here again.

Michael and his wife were very friendly, professional and helpful. About the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen this summer across many states.
Not sure why this KOA does not offer discounts to military.
Would stay here again and recommend to others

The store and pool were nice and the employees were kind. The pancake breakfast was good for the kids and the playground was fun for them as well. The spot was large enough but literally full of weeds and tumbleweeds. The fire pit wasn’t even accessible and between us and the neighbors we couldn’t figure out if it was ours or theirs. That kind of stuff doesn’t bother us much but if I’m going to pay over $60 I had better be getting a good spot.

Nice little park with new owners. Clean and friendly. Only down fall was only one of 4 washing machines worked and other had been broken for a long time.

Wide sites set up for socializing. Instead of looking at your neighbor’s sewer line, you look at your neighbor’s door; I call it East meets West configuration. The sites are gravel, level, and some have trees. Our site was in the middle of the park and quiet. There is a large grass area by the pool. It has a volleyball net and there are soccer balls set out to use. The dog park is on the smaller size, nice grass and clean, perfect for a smaller dog. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean.

Helpful and friendly staff, lovely Mountain Views from our site. Playground equipment was a little old but the kids didn’t care. Would stay here again.
