Did a single overnight here in early February. Extremely tight spaces. Roads were all dirt, in our case mud due to recent rains. Most folks were semi-permanent and seasonal residents. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful but disappeared at 4 pm and handed it all off to the duty camp hosts. It was okay for an overnight stop but not more. Too rough around the edges for the price.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The full time area though looked more like a homeless/gypsy camp than an RV park. Engines being worked on, run down RVs that look like they haven’t moved in years. The general area offers nearly zero shade from the heat. Fortunately we only needed this as a two night stop during travel to visit with friends.

The park is not big rig compatible. Very tight and not the most friendly. Had to leave because we could not get into our space.

Found this park using the allstays iPhone app. Older park with gravel roads. Sites are on the small side but the staff and location make up for any shortcomings. Stayed four days in off season (so during the summer), 18.00 per night plus 1.00 per night for WI-FI (OK so it's not free but there is a very strong signal throughout the park, I've stayed in many places with free Wi-Fi that either didn't work or was so slow it was useless) and 2.50 (one time fee) to pay with credit card. Overall a pleasant stay, reasonable rates and great customer service.

Terrible- dirty, small spaces. Our slide out touched the awning of the next unit. Will tay in Yuma next time

We stayed here overnight on our way through. They were putting gravel down and looks like they were making some small improvements. One laundry room not open. Lots of dirt, no good place to walk your dog and saw large cockroaches scurrying around our coach at night. We would not stay again.

Great RV Park very clean with lots of activity's or spot was gravel but funny thing it was perfectly level very NICE we enjoined our stay ended up staying longer we also plan on visiting them next winter Thanks Sans End for your hospitality.
