Arrived on a rainy afternoon Jan 2. Nobody there but self registered. 25amp breaker kept tripping. Water running down the hill everywhere. Funky musty and muddy place. But we were in and out. Pull through sites make for easy access.

Could not use WiFi. Cell service very poor here for Verizon. Extremely narrow sites. Trees at sites in serious need of trim.

Nice cozy little stop. Good Sam discount and nice owners. Drawbacks are we could not get any AT&T or T-Mobile signal. They supposedly have wifi but like most rv parks spending money to make sure there is a signal is nit their priority. Apparently showers are under renovation but I'm not sure those will be a priority either. No laundry facility and in October the tent sites are already closed. The price was good and they didn't charge for our car behind the motorhome. Fair place but I wish we would have traveled a little further to Golden Rule RV park just south of Wilitts.

We came across sleepy hollow rv park on Passport America. Read a couple of reviews that made us think twice, but decided to check it out. We were greeted by the owners with a smile as we drove in. Very helpful and suggested some places to visit. The park is beautiful with lots of trees and a duck pond. Though we are right off the 101, the traffic is not bad at all, especially through the night. They don't have bathrooms or showers, but with full hook ups there is no need. We ended up staying 2 nights and would definitely come back again.

This is a perfect park for a tired over night, very clean, tidy, and beautiful in the trees. Read some negative reviews, no longer apply, at least for now. Isolated, very peaceful.
