Very clean, well-maintained park. We had no trouble backing in with our 28’ rig. We were close to the highway but we never heard it at night. Staff very friendly.

We stayed here in October 2022 while visiting the Channel Islands. Nice and clean. Well kept, but extremely tight spaces. Back ins are not for the faint of heart. A challenge getting our 25’ travel trailer into a space. Lots of trucks parked on the street. Opt for a pull through if you can.

Very clean & maintained park. Friendly staff and pancake breakfast on Sunday. Walk/bike to town and beach, sits near freeway and railroad but that’s RV life. Will be back

Decent resort. Can be a lot of people and extra vehicles making parking a little tricky but was doable for me. Lots of kids here and friendly people.. i saw lots of smiles, had a very family feel to it. I did not try the pool/jacuzzi, but did notice billiard balls, so there is a play room too. Resort feel, must wear a hand bracelet like a water park.. Freeway is adjacent on one edge, bike path/ road on the other. You are right along bike path halfway between Emma Wood and Town. I like this area lot, just felt a $100 plus a nite was much, but did have full hook up and 50 amp service!

This was a last minute stay, staff was friendly. Park is very tight, having a fifth wheel 42.8 feet and vehicles parked in front of they’re RVs made it extremely tight and palm trees on corners I scraped the branches and berries on them but made it through then came to my space again with palm trees on the left side as we entered the space of the left and palm trees on the right. Why put the trees on the ends where we need the swing to get out.

Park is difficult to navigate around all the parked vehicles and the trees, but doable. When we had trouble getting into our site due to the trees they did allow us to move to a more accessible site. You should know that they do not give refunds if you must cancel, but they will apply what you paid to a stay in the future. They also charge 15 dollars a person, per day for guest and extra if they have a car. A premier site will cost you 130 dollars per night, not including tax. During this Covid season they offer no amenities.

We stayed here 2 nights 3 days. Was a very clean RV park. It was our first trip in our new trailer and everything went as smooth as you could ask. Staff was friendly. The spots themselves were well maintained. Was about a 7 min walk to the beach which was nice for the family and dog. We would definitely come back.

Very hard people to work with. We planned a trip in August and September and had to cancel because of COVID-19 and they are the only ones that will not refund deposit.

amazing people that work there. i stayed there and no one was nice . i wonder why they are so rude . I noticed that everyone acts like they own the place ... must be family owned or they are always amongs employee . they look very unhappy

Thieves! I checked in here for an extended stay. It cost me $1800 a month for a spot 100 feet from the freeway. Half way through my first month the park flooded and evacuated. I asked the staff the day before if I should be concerned and was told no. The day of the flood they didn't call me for four hours after they were notified of the evacuation. By the time I got there I was in waist high water. I lost over a $1000 worth of gear and $2500 in damage to my coach. I couldn’t risk more damage so I moved moved out and they wouldn't even refund the rent for the last two weeks. Stay away if you're smart.! I’ll be seeing them in court.
