My stay was for only one night. Because I didn't want to unhook and have them jimmy via forklift my 21 foot trailer in to a ridiculous tight spot they put me down in the storage/overflow area. With taxes $90 a night. I was not offered any discount for less services but I also didn't ask, my bad. If you have dogs be warned there is not one blade of grass in the whole park just a small strip of astroturfing by each door site. They do have a very small dog run that is all dirt. Right behind the park is an airport so be prepared for the noise from that. The staff was very pleasant so that was a plus. I've stayed in this general area before and there are a lot better places for the same or less cost.

Super friendly staff guided me to my space, helped with back-in and he even had electric connected before I knew it! Tight spaces but separated by citrus trees. Very quiet park in a good location for everything Hollywood. Make reservation early as park stays pretty full year-round. Packed gravel parking. 24' Class C.

Nice folks, clean facilities, very accommodating for a one night stay. Tight quarters, but nice trees and plantings, and residents are multi-national and friendly. Vintage Hollywood feel - this place has probably been here 50 years or more, but is well kept.

Right next to Van Nuys Airport so if you like helicopters and private jets you’re in for a treat. Quiet at night tho which is nice. GREAT restrooms, lots of trees and excellent staff. Many long time residents.

We came down to CA for a Cedars-Sinai Hospital visit. This park was excellent. Very clean and they place you in your spot with a fork lift plus do your hook-ups. We were concerned with pulling a trailer thru L.A., but taking South 405 way made it easy. Steve the owner and employees are super nice. Highly recommend!

We arrived late, but was greeted by the "Owner" with a Huge Smile! #BeautifulSoul He placed us near where other kids were parked and it was PERFECT! My 9 and 11 yr old had kids to play with! The Bathrooms looked like MARRIOT HOTEL. Very Clean and updated fixtures. This RV PARK had trees every where. Perfect for shade! I'm so glad we chose to come here! I will definitely add this to my "Frequent Visits"!

This park is actually named Balboa not Birmingham. We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter. Even though it is mostly permanent residents, there are still a large number of RVs coming and going every day. The owners are super friendly and energetic and hands-on. There is clearly a California vibe going on here. The sites are very tight and the owner walks you through the setup and pull out but there are huge shade trees and it feels like a little neighborhood you are visiting. Really cool place. Huge laundry room. Didn't check the showers/rest rooms. There was plenty of air TV and so so wifi. When we come back, we will stay again.

We have not been to this park yet, but I want to give a review about staff and check-in/check-out policy.
The most friendly man answered the phone and was so helpful.
He asked what time we will be arriving and then explain they have no set check-in/check-out. If you want to leave late they ask that you leave your keys and if some arrives needing your spot they will move your rig to their parking area. As far as arrival a lot of rigs leave by 9 or 10 and they put you right into that spot ... you don't have to arrive after 1 or 3 PM. Love the flexibility.
