Beautiful location. Stayed 11/04/18 - found a nice secluded spot. Very clean. No amenities except vault toilet - but had grill, fire pit, and picnic table.
Well worth the drive.
Knuckleheads nearby had dog tethered to a table - and it bit a Ranger. Another knucklehead walked around with a dog off-leash. Even a breathtaking place like Joshua Tree can芒鈧劉t fix the stupid.
The park is worth a visit - camping easier on weekdays - tough to get a spot Thurs-Sat.
