One star because the park grounds are clean. The park is way too expensive for what amenities are provided -$60. Although the park advertises big rig pull thru sites. We are unable to hook up to sewer because of the utility location ($15 for utility surcharge daily rate). We would need a chain of three sewer hoses to connect. Although there are plenty of empty sites we were assigned a site without a picnic table. We were told we could move to another site only after I complained. No table tv is provided. We stayed here a couple of years ago without any complaints but will not stay here again.

Pros: Neat and clean. Concrete pads, level, good hookups, ok WiFi. Bathrooms clean. Showers spacious and heated. Cons: sites close together. Trash pick up at 5 am. Workers loading equipment at 7 am. Sprinklers at our site came on at 7:30 as we were trying to get our trailer ready to leave. Would stay again only if we could not find another place to stay. Would have given this a 3 1/2 if I had that option.

$50 nightly w Good Sam. Very nice park, clean & well kept. Lots of pull thru sites. Concrete pads, well maintained picnic tables. Easy access off 395, but quiet. I would stay here again.

Did an overnight winter stay. Big park, clean bathrooms. I didn芒鈧劉t use wifi as Verizon was strong. Host said it fills up in the summer, but LOTS of empty spots in the winter. Stores are close. Very small dog run. My only negative. The host is a no nonsense gal. She won芒鈧劉t take care of your feelings, but she will be as helpful as possible. I would go back

We have underlying conditions and are taking this Covid epidemic very seriously. Because of that, we won芒鈧劉t stay at any campgrounds that don芒鈧劉t allow 芒鈧搉o contact芒鈧 check in. We have had no problems with that until Susanville. When we asked the woman on the phone if we could have no contact check in, her response was, 芒鈧揥hat do you expect me to do? Run in and out and back and forth and play 20 questions with you?芒鈧 No, we just wanted her to take our credit card over the phone. Horrible treatment of a potential customer. Horrible.

Nice park. Large enough spaces. WiFi was good. Never hooked up their cable. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Quiet park. Close to Wal Mart and Safeway. Get your groceries from Safeway is my advice. Would stay again.

Very clean park with concrete pads. Many have been replaced. Cable was good. WiFi didn芒鈧劉t work like most places. Bathrooms and showers older but clean. Stayed October and had row to ourselves. Would stay again for a night or two.

Nice campground for overnight stay. Clean restrooms and showers. Easy hookups and HD cable TV. Close to shopping and eateries. We芒鈧劉re not towing so we had pizza delivered. Not much space in between sites, but do have picnic tables and multiple dog runs. Nice folks in the office too. We stayed for two nights to get some much needed rest. This was one of the quietest Parks we芒鈧劉ve ever stayed. Will be back.

Well managed and maintained campground. If the sites were larger I would give it five stars.

Very nice campground as stated in previous reviews. I will add that there is good ATT and Verizon signals. We didn芒鈧劉t use their wifi or cable TV. I thought it was overpriced at $45 with Good Sam Discount considering they told us the wifi doesn芒鈧劉t work very well and cable tv is old analog but is to be upgraded to digital soon.
