No cell service, no wifi, no laundry, non-functioning dump which was a problem since he only had a water and electric available. He wanted $50 per night for partial hookup and no amenities. It's a park with 45 spots, and the owner told me that 44 of them are permanent residents. Also be prepared to walk a half mile up a very steep hill to check in. We did not stay here after reserving 3 nights. Pete the owner was very nice about fully refunding me. We moved to Santa Cruz Ranch RV park and are very happy we did not stay there. Pretty dumpy in my opinion.
