Beautiful, clean, safe RV resort. Friendly staff. Escort to site with excellent assistance with backing into sites by resort staff. My husband has no problems with backing the rig and even he appreciated the professional assistance. Concrete and grass sites with no tables. Full hook ups. Excellent cell service and WiFi. Resort appears to have many activities for residents. Dog friendly with large off leash dog area. This appears to be a full time residence for traveling construction workers and nurses. Park is almost full so call for reservations. Important to follow directions to the park provided by staff. There is a concrete barrier between lanes of highway in front of resort that make entry and exit from park accessible from only one direction. We will definitely return.

Great facilities. Great place to stay when visiting Bay Area. Lots of traveling workers (medical and construction ). Sometimes hard to get a spot even though they recently expanded… demonstrating how tough it is to find affordable housing in the Bay Area. Definitely will stay here again

We stayed here September 10 - 12, 2021. This is definitely an RV resort, not a campground. Be sure to follow the directions sent by the resort. There is a concrete barrier between the north and south bound lanes of the adjacent road which prohibits a left turn into the park. U-turns are not possible in a big rig. Another hint is to watch for a red sign just before the turn into the park. The park itself is not well signed. Once you are there, it is great.

Very nice RV Park. Paved level sites- lovely landscaping. Laundry room very clean. Walking paths accessible from campground. Needed a campground to visit family in Sunnyvale. Would definitely stay here again.

We sold our home and bought the RV. Will stay here till we move or I retire. This park is beautiful, it has all u need. Close to freeways to take u North to Tahoe and South to the coast. The amenities at the park are wonderful and numerous. This is the gold standard or as I prefer the Tesla standard for which I will compare other parks to! Very safe and super clean.

This is our maiden voyage to an a RV Resort in a class A motorhome. Prior to this, we did mostly dry camping in our tent trailer. There is obviously a trade out between the two, but from what I can tell this is a nice park. The grounds, Landscaping, pool area, rec room, and especially the restrooms, are all meticulously well kept. Everybody seems very friendly and most of the people we met have been here for an extended period of time.

One of the finest RV parks we have visited. Small trees, level concrete sites (not wide but fine), excellent bathrooms, great pool and hot pool. Nice people. Great location. Expensive but worth it.

FYI: From either direction (North or south)
On US101 take Cochrane Road exit. There is a divider on Monterey and big rigs cannot make a U turn.

Excellent , did I say Excellent! ...even WIFi , concrete pads, landscsping, safe, clean, location, one of the best we have been at across country. in Motorhome, towing : coming from North ... It is a hard u turn to get into campground, we had to swing into far right lanes to begin u turn back up the highway.
