It’s hard to have a bad day at the beach! The RV park is has an asphalt side and a side with a dirt sites. They do have guards posted at the gate ensuring that is paying customers only that are getting in (safe). The bath rooms and laundry rooms are clean. The recreational room/ bldg is clean, has games and a very nice swimming pool. You are in a bay, so you don’t have a view of the open ocean, but the ocean is right there for paddle boarding and swimming. People could fish there as well. We were there for three nights. The price is a little steep.

This RV campground is located on Mission Bay. The staff was very kind and helpful . The showers and bathrooms were clean and the campground was well kept . We had no problems with the shore power or the sewage. The entire campground is asphalt. Also there is a guard station and the guards and maintenance staff are easily accessible. We would definitely return to this campground. Even though Mission Bay is beautiful and literally just a few feet away from the campground I wish that the campground overlooked the ocean.

I chose this RV park because of its close proximity to my daughter who lives in Pacific Beach. Even though we only spent one night there out of the four we paid for (and the rest with my daughter), it was above average park. The bay is super close which is nice. The bathrooms were average. The space is pretty narrow and no shade. Average price for SoCal. Accepts Good Sam.

Basically a parking lot with hook ups. It is the most expensive place I have ever stayed and the WiFi barely works sometimes and not at all sometimes. Packed in like sardines. If you have young children with all kinds of apparatus to ride they will probably love it, since it’s a big parking lot. If you like a large, packed tailgate party, you will probably love it. If you want a quiet place to crash and relax, not so great. Location is pretty good.

Made reservation online for our travel trailer. Upon arrival to our site, extremely disappointed. About 5 spaces down from entry and nothing more than an asphalt parking lot with hook ups. No tree or plants near this site on very busy entry way. Husband couldn’t believe how much I paid for this spot! Thankfully the office was open and I was able to get another spot which backed up to the bay..$10 more a night. Well worth the extra $$. Spaces are all asphalt and not very wide, but ok. Park is surrounded on 2 sides by an old abandoned mobile home which is kind of creepy when you are walking the pathway sound the bay. Certainly not this park’s problem but at least for me, didn’t make me feel all that safe walking the dog early morning/evening. Hook ups worked fine with exception of WI-FI that didn’t work well at all. Old park without pool/spa that could use some facility upgrades

We liked this RVPark. True, it is all asphalt and can feel like a parking lot. But it is right on Mission Bay and has a great walk along the water around the perimeter of the former mobile home park. We thought the price was reasonable when compared to other bayside camping in San Diego. Many of the sites have wonderful bay views. Sites were small but big enough for adequate outside patio area next to rig. We were there in the spring, after spring break and before school was out, so it was fairly quiet. The location is in Mission Bay Park, and there is plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities just outside of the RV Park. We thought the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is 24hour security and nobody can enter the RV area without a pass.

Super tight sites, noisy due to city and local parking lots. But, clean and neighbor's are all super nice. Nice place if you have kidd, lots of stuff for them to do...just no room at camp for them...

Like camping in a parking lot, over priced, no store, no park, no pool. Stay at Campland which is right next door, it has everything a good campground should have including live entertainment.

This place worked well for us. The location was close to restaurants, our daughters place, and other places we needed to visit. They let us in early. It is Just a black top with trees . Our space was plenty big enough for our 42' mh & toad. The hook ups were located in good places and a nice heavy picnic bench. The bay had some gorgeous sunsets. The two dog areas could use some improvements like some grass and a water bowl. I thought the place was clean & tidy. I will stay here again.

Have stayed here in the past, it's OK. Nothing special. Just a big black top, not much scenery. The Facilities are old and falling apart. I have tried to stay here at least twice in the last week, they never answer their phone, they never called back. And they also dropped Passport America, not sure why. Strange ownership possibly.
