This is a clean, well-kept park and Wes is an awesome manger and overall great human being. This is not a park for young children. On weekends one of the residents, Walter or Wally (who was permitted to live here by the manager before Wes), sits outside his home, drinking, night and day, and loudly shouts curses and obscenities (sometimes for hours) which can be heard even with doors closed. Unprovoked, I have witnessed him intimidating and assaulting other park residents. I met two people Walter assaulted; one moved out of the park after Walter punched him in the face and I witnessed the cops handcuffing Walter and taking him to jail after another assault where Walter, unprovoked, shoved another man backwards on the ground where the man's head struck concrete. I don't know why the owners continue to allow Walter to live at the San Bernardino RV park as it destroys the park's atmosphere and seems to make everyone miserable. If you're stopping through on your way to somewhere else and don't mind listening to loud shouting, obscenities and having the police called day and night, then by all means stay. Just don't bring your kids. This park is no place for children. So sad.

Clean park. Would stay again.
