One of the cleanest RV parks we have stayed in. Restrooms are new and clean. Showers have great pressure and you can control the temperature. Lots of full timers, but no overflowing junk. Location is spectacular and the Ideal Store is available for all your grocery needs. The 101 is loud, but it’s the 101! 5 stars !

We have been stopping here since 2015 and has watched this rv park go though remodeling. They have moved out the very old trailer homes and rebuilt the restrooms to wow. They have started to replace the rv sites and built a small store and they have propane for sale. Turning into a jewel by the bay. Now just do something about SF traffic. Ugh!!

Came to dump our tanks. Arrived at 4:45 or so. Paid to dump... Then dumped. While were filling up our water tank and organizing our outside storage, a woman came out of her house looking visably angered. She walked up to me and told me that I should not have been here, because they stop allowing people to dump at 4:30 and that I needed to have stopped dumping by 5 PM. I told that I had stopped dumping a while ago and were just organizing and filling up. She then told me to hurry up and leave and walked away. I looked around for signage about the times ... Nothing... The website only says that the dumpsite closes at 5pm. After about 5-10 minutes the woman walks back out and puts up a sign that says that the dumpsite is closed. At no point did this woman tell me that she was the manager, I had to ask. To put this into further context... I am a black man and she is a white woman. I will not go back to this RV park, nor should anyone else as this service sucked. I don't know if this woman is racist or just plain rude, but this entire situation could have been handled much better.

Yup we are back like I said location location location. I don’t know how long this RV park will be here all around it are building new big business. However there is a lot less old run down Trailer homes now than first time stayed here, lots of workers live here in RV’s housing cost have gone though the roof. If stay here ask for new area old area is from the 1960’s and needs lots of help. New nightly for New area is $99.00 per night with taxes.

Overpriced, unfriendly, long term stay trailer park. Half the park is outdated and run down, while the other half is newer but still overpriced for the lack of included accommodations.

The old part is $70.00 a night no cable Tv, no pool, no club house, tight close together, built around 1964 needs a lot of work, lots of full timers. New part $90.00 for 30 amp, $95.00 for 50 amp, new level site, new Landry, new restrooms, the only thing is location location location. It's in Redwood City just off the 101 @ State 84. I have it 5 stars for location.

WARNING - Warning the laundry uses a pay card system, the office will not refund any money not used. There is one washer and dryer in new section that takes quarters. Or go off site to a coin laundry. We found out the hard way don't follow our lead.

Mixed rating, the new part are over the top, the old part is about 2 or 3 star. The new bathrooms are great the old part well they we're build in 1965. However they are clean. Staff is great and helpful. This park is close to Stanford Football, if going to stay here call and ask for the new part. The park is costly but close to SF and Stanford Med & Football.
Wifi is good, no cable, no pool.

Wifi was terrible but otherwise a friendly and nice place to stay near the Bay Area. Pretty well maintained, mix of short and long term residents.
