Excellent place for overnight stay. Level, pull through spots with full hook ups. Dog friendly with grassy walkway and small fenced area where dogs can be off leash. Access to all resort amenities including pool and hot tub. River walkway behind resort is a hidden gem. Restaurant was excellent. Good security but this is definitely a high traffic area with a lot of homeless in the area. Definitely keep things locked up. Players card gave us a free night and $20 free food. We will definitely return.

Agree with other reviews. Nice place for overnight. Paid $44 USD, June 2023. No dry/free camping allowed. Very, very well lit. A little like going to a night game at the ballpark. Be sure you have good night-time shades. Train very nearby, didn't bother us.

This is a great place for a stopover. As stated the spaces are tight but it’s a place you come for sightseeing and not to spend a lot of time at your site. Also they are all pull thrus which we always appreciate with a fifth wheel. If your truck or tow car sticks out a bit when parked after disconnect they are okay with that. The price is great at 26 plus tax currently and includes access to pool and hot tub at hotel. Everything in the resort area is well maintained and lots of security and they are very friendly. Very well lit. There is a train as mentioned which we noticed but did not bother us when sleeping. Five night max. We are staying three nights. If you want to explore Redding and surrounding area this is a great place to stay while doing so!

Nice place for an overnight. The spaces are tight and we did have to disconnect our road. Very clean and well lit (maybe too bright) good security. Apparently some people dry camp in the adjacent lot for free.

Good overnight stop at a reasonable cost for this area. Full hookups, no cable or wifi. Credit at the WinRiver store for buying fuel at their station. Ask where it is as its not on site. Agree tram drivers were great about getting us settled in. They seem to like you to reserve ahead.

The camping is great for overnight. Level wide spot, pull thru. What was pleasantly unexpected was the little tram to take you to the casino, the low cost for the spot, the extra $5 each for staying in the RV camp on a players card. You are able to use the hotel pool and they even furnish the towels!
There is a paved walking and exercise path along the creek behind the casino with signs along the way to identify wildlife
All of the tram drivers really were great giving us facts, information and even a little tour

Simple parking lot type of place. Can hear trains but not bad.
