Ditto on the next review. This place is a hidden gem. We were in space 68 and extended our overnight into a three night stay. There is a 10’ green space behind our trailer with an additional 150’ of overflow river bottom beyond that, more than plenty of space to walk a dog. The full time residents are people who in the past spent the winters here and as they grew older chose to live full time in their trailers. Very interesting friendly people, everyone has a story. Narrow road coming in? It’s off a major city street. There is a narrow spot, about 50’ wide in front of the office, I believe you call it a driveway. They only have 30amps, so all you class A owners this place is not for you.

This place is such a hidden gem. Agreed the road coming in is narrow but I have a very small 17’ trailer and it was fine with no one coming the other way. Made reservations online-super easy-and showed up late, the woman on the phone was extremely nice. This rv park is quiet, with lots of grass and trees and space between neighbors. You can hear the highway a little bit but it is so quiet for its location. The river is beautiful with a big beach. Bathrooms are clean and water is hot in the shower. I wish I could have stayed longer at this tranquil little gem.
I should note that I am a woman traveling alone and felt extremely safe, as you need a gate code to enter by vehicle with tire popping strips on the exit.
I will be stopping by again and hopefully for a much longer visit!
They have annual pricing which is a great deal for this little hidden oasis. Stay here

Ok for overnight. Some sketchy folks in the area. Was in the hot
tub and a homeless mentally ill man was in the area yelling and
walking around. The manager and another resident did hear it
and we’re looking around. Zero place to walk a dog. Very level
concrete sites and Mgr was very nice and helpful.

Convenient to the hwy. Was almost turned away for having a converted school bus, but the lady in the office was super nice about it and let us stay 2 nights. River runs right through the park. Very windy at the time. Just a few miles from town and location stores and restaurants! The Beadery store in front of the rv Park is a must stop-in. Also check out Roquitos Taqueria for the most delicious tacos, just a couple miles away!

Wow what a sweetheart of a find- tucked away in a quiet spot near the river. Facilities were clean and functional. Nothing fancy- but very comfortable. We were assigned a back-in space- backup cameras made it real easy- (not sure if this park has pull throughs.) Would love to come back.

LOVED this park. Pulled in late, got a spot literally 10'from the water. It's not fancy, but that's what we prefer. Concrete parties don't do it for me, but this kinda place does!!

We enjoyed staying here. Enjoyed being on the river. Great hot showers. Close to downtown Redding where we were doing business. Level spots. They don't take credit cards. I would definitely come here again. We camped in a 40 foot motorhome.

Older park on an inlet of the Sacramento River. Nice people. No credit cards. Beautiful peaceful setting. Pet friendly. Long stay separated from overnighters. They will reserve a space, but not a specific space. I gave this top ratings because I like it. It is not a high end "resort" with entertainment and group activities, but that is my preference! The photo ops for waterfowl are great. Our labs can swim. We can relax and just vegetate listening to geese and ducks.. Ps 42' rig; 4 slides enough room; only 30 amp.... I think.
