Stayed here one night as a stop on a long drive, the site was lovely. We camped with our one dog. I know this website doesn't show it, but for all the Shasta-Trinity sites the main website says, "Pets are allowed in the recreation areas unless posted. They must be on a leash not longer than six feet, or otherwise under physical restrictive control when in a developed site." So it's worth checking on your individual campground forbids pets. There was a bunch of poison oak around but we kept to the trails and didn't have an issue.

Clean quiet and paved rv sites. Fit our 33footer in just fine, but used a double space as the others were taken. Has yurts and a very friendly and helpful camp host Bob. :) Real toilets, no hookups, but fresh water , not to fill rv tanks though. The trains run through at night about 250 feet away, so night time can be loud. But plenty of beautiful scenery.

This is a basic state campground, but we stay here several times a year and enjoy it. Close to the water, access to a boat dock around the bend, and easy to get in and out with RV and private sites.
