We stayed two nights in our 30'TT in site #14. Our gravel FHU site was reasonably level. The wifi was decent. Water and 30A electricity functioned as expected. The sewer connection came up out of the ground and made a 90° turn. We were in the shade of mature Redwoods, with green moss carpeting the less-traveled bits of ground. This park was quiet and peaceful during our stay. It is an older park in a functional but slightly down-at-heel condition. We wish we had time to stay another day in this RV park.

Cute little resort along the Avenue of Giants. Redwoods scattered throughout the park. Cabins, RV parking and a small area for tent only camping. Dirt and gravel sites with a varied hook up options (no 50 amp available). No cell service or WiFi unless standing right next to office (and that was spotty). Only one site large enough to accommodate our 35ft 5th wheel and it wasn’t level. This was a clean, quiet park with friendly staff. Huge redwood item and t-shirt gift shop. We were unable to explore the area due to weather, but we would consider returning if we were passing the area.

They wanted a copy of my physical copy of my credit card and driver’s license after I had already pid and signed the credit card slip. They insisted that this was required at all RV parks and that I was being rude by not wanting to give it to them. They insisted that I pay cash if not willing to give them a copy of the card. The woman laughed to her boss about me in front of me and then told me this is common practice again despite me just telling them that we’ve been on the road for three months and that this is the first time we’ve ever had to do this. I ended up paying cash because it was all so sketchy.

9/28/2018 - Verizon LTE 5 bars (amazing). No AT&T cell signal whatsoever. Any other campground remotely close does not have any cell service. Camp is mostly cabins and does not have a whole lot of campsites. If it is summer, I imagine space would be tight. If you were passing through and needed a cabin, old school cool. Outdoor ping pong table. U.S. Post office is across the road on the side of the property.

Very spacious paved and level sites with wide grassy areas between neighbors. Huge redwoods border one side of the park and you can sometimes hear the river. Utilities are easy access with fire pits provided at each site. Laundry was clean and affordable. Verizon phone booster but you have to be close to the equipment (chair close). 1500 mb of free internet but then purchase more if you want. Beautiful area off of Avenue of the Giants?. Very friendly staff and great gift shop (redwood material) with necessities available.

Spent one night in a motorhome. Good location for exploring the giant redwoods in the area. Campground is mostly cottages. With about a dozen campsites at the south end. Campground is older and well-used. Restrooms were basic. Not sure if we would stay here again. Only one site could accommodate our 34 ft motorhome.
