Generally agree with previous reviewers. Located on the quiet outskirts of Ramona surrounded by rocky peaks on three sides. Clean and well maintained. Nice one mile nature trail. Lots of attractions within easy driving distance. Glad to find a park accepting plastic recycling. We stayed for 10 days as a base for exploring San Diego and the entire county. We thought our Site #46 was the best in the campground for peace and elbow room but it would not accommodate a big rig (we had to park our truck perpendicular to our 20 ft travel trailer. Some sites like #49 were even smaller). Sites 1 - 30 are centrally located and don’t offer much privacy. Sites 64 - 75 are gravel pads vice paved and sit up on a hilltop, offering a bit better views but not much shade. We liked the perimeter sites best. One rainy night the wood rats chewed up the battery insulation in our tow vehicle; started deploying a blinking string of LED lights under the hood overnight and didn’t have any further issues.

Very nice campground . We stayed in site 17 with a 32’ Class A and toad. Parking for toad was in front and to the side of the RV. Showers are clean and takes quarters. $0.50 for the first 4 minutes and you can add quarters for additional 2 minutes each if you put them in before time runs out.
Week days are quiet and peaceful. Weekends are busier with lots of families with kids.
Water and 30/50 amp electric at each site. Dump station is behind shower house near the recycle dumpster.
T-Mobile 5G Ultra Capacity was showing 600Mb down and 30Mb up on my iPhone 12.

Stayed for 2 days in a 40' Class A and toad. Stayed in site 31. Nice, quiet park during the week, sold out and crowded during the weekend. Each site has power and water, and dump station is easily accessible. A little tight driving through to get in than leave, but doable. Nice hiking trails in the park, and a little lake.

Very nice campground. Rustic and more than adequate. Sites were large and easy to maneuver. Highly recommended.

Quiet, rustic campground on the outskirts of Ramona. Lots of low, overhanging branches, but my 39 long 13 tall fifth wheel made it around with some care. Facilities are older, but clean. Small fishing pond, new playset, picnic areas, and hiking/nature trails within park.
