What a nice park. The drive throught site (21) is so long our 40' motorhome plus towed car fits with room in front and back. Our site was spotless. The picnic table was clean! In the morning the staff even picked up the pinecones that fell overnight. The staff is helpful with information about the area.
We arrived in October when the trees were just turning. A beautiful area.
There is a lumber mill near but the it is not loud. A train seems to come to the mill Tuesday AM (about 7AM) and departs in the afternoon.
Beautiful drives in the area. Lassen National Park is about 90 miles away and a beautiful and easy drive.
Check the local activity calendars, lots of major activities.
We'll return next spring to see area then.

Best little campground we have ever stayed in the last 12 years of full-timing. Friendly Staff and Clean, Clean, Clean Park. Geared to adults, but there is a county pool and play ground adjacent to the RV park for families with children.

Clean, safe, very nice RV park located adjacent to the local fairgrounds. This is a great jumping off point to do things in the area or to attend local events. We were greeted by the owners, and they checked in with us several times; they make a point of knowing those who are staying in the park. These relationships help keep things safe and friendly. Highly recommended!

Super nice owners and staff. Very clean grounds. Full hookups and even an area to clean dogs. Dog friendly except for some breeds.
