Staff went above and beyond to provide a site wide enough to accommodate the wheelchair lift on our rig. Beautiful, well maintained resort We will be back for sure

Huge RV park run very professionally. No highway noise to speak of, crashing waves sung us to sleep. Walking distance to beach with no traffic to fight.

I’ve never been to an RV Park with sites so crammed in. If you look out my kitchen window, 2 feet from our rig is the neighbor’s truck, tables, chairs, coolers, bikes, etc. Sites are not long enough so many cars and trucks are on the side of the street in front of their rigs so it’s hard to even get your rig into your assigned space. Internet was weak too. And we paid 90 dollars a night ! Would never come back here.

Just returned from our stay and had a great time. Spots are typical RV spots, but did have fire pit, picnic table and grass between the rows. Clean restrooms, WI-FI worked well and close to the beach. Dog friendly. Nothing negative to say.
Oh and this coming weekend they host a vintage trailer rally and we were able to view some of the early arrivals. What a Fun thing to see!

Overall, the resort is clean, well maintained and provides easy access to the beach and downtown Pismo. There’s a restaurant on site for all three meals and is pretty good, all things considered. Additionally, there’s a pool and arcade for the kids along with a decent general store with many of the necessities you might need. The sites are gravel (level) with cement fire pits and grass between the rows. As others have said, there’s security that roams throughout the day and night. The only real downside to this place is that it’s like most RV resorts- they try an cram as many rigs into the property that they can. Some spaces are better than others but the row/spot we had was jam-packed (357). We have a 29’ TT with one slide and I’d guess that we could almost touch our neighbors. There’s enough room to extend the slide and awning- and maybe an additional 5’ to the next trailer. I’m not a fan of being on top of the neighbors but given the location and resort-style, it’s to be expected. The resort is a bit hard to get into unless you plan very far in advance. For example, we got a last minute spot (since we live close) but out of curiosity, we asked about Memorial Day weekend (3 mo out)...there was a wait-list of 260. You don’t have a choice of spots until you arrive and we found it’s easier to call and check on availability of various dates. If you want to come here, plan very far in advance. On another note, the WiFi was almost unusable but great cell signal.

Great park recommended by camp host in Napa.
Nice spot near the water, clean & roomy bathroom/showers.
Staff very nice. Had fish & chips at on-site restaurant that wax quite good.
Quiet except for raging storm.
Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 15 days here. This is a very nice well maintained, clean location. Full hookups with easy access in all sites. Random pleasant security roaming the park 24/7. That said they are trying to take every penny from your pocket with only fair service. Not pleasant at check in, over priced LP gas and the process to fill you tank can only be described as painful. I had to make 3 trips to the general store to order and pay for LP fill. Then charged for 5 gallons and received only 4 gallons. Not very customer friendly. Restaurant and bar well not exactly nice here either better discerned as rude and lazy for only food and drink nothing to brag about. The park is located on Pismo beaches back water off the ocean (swamp). Bugs, smell, yuck. The end to this story is for the over price to stay here it could be much better with much, much better service. I say take you business elsewhere.

Amazing! There is green grass at every camp site. Great beach location. Called for a Saturday night 4 days before and they were full. Called Saturday at 3pm and they had a spot for our 25 ft Winnebago. Stayed 4 days. Great beach town to walk and eat. Again it’s Amazing!
