Have stayed there a few times, a year ago the people that ran the park were non existant. The park wasn't very nice or friendly but has recently been sold and bought by responsible people, we stayed there in October of 2022. The folks running the park were friendly and helpful, washrooms and showers were clean, they set up a large common room with fridge, coffee tv and comfortable seating. I would stay there again. They were talking about reinstating the Passport America policy which would be wonderful for travelers. We would stay there again.

Very strange and creepy area. The town and campground are in shambles, the lake is covered in algae, and weird people roam the streets. We kept the kids in sight. Would not go back to the area.
